About: This online software is basically used for ordering the products from clients to manufactures or service provider (vendors). Keeping in mind all printing and stationary vendors we have made this software which will be online as well as mobile responsive. Anyone can login from cell phone or from anywhere, they just need to use their login and they can easily access the software.
How it works :
We have made three users; one is Admin (that will be stationers or printers), Users & their Boss for approval system.
Admin (stationers) will have all the rights to create user, delete users or edit user, view product items, create order, upload product client wise & location wise.
User (Client Admin or HR) can create an order, view order, can put remark if there is any specific, and place order. It can also have Admin for one approval.
Approval Boss: After getting an order from user / admin / HR, Boss need to approve the order and then order will be place to stationers / printers.
