Training Staff & Their Programs

Training includes Professional as well as Technical Behavior concerns:

• 2 Months Basic Training for pursuing the employment services with Technical training related to interested filed or sector
• 2 Months training for working on Live Projects
• 1 Months Training for professional behaviors, aptitude and all technical training that required to enter in any organizations.
• The Learning experience – Planning, delivering, motivation, introductions to questioning techniques, voice projection & communication

Training Format & Execution:

• There will be usual Training from Monday to Friday
• Each Saturday and Sunday there will be expert training from MNCs companies
• There will be three tests on monthly basis for related sector / field of each employee to check the progress and challenges which they are getting.

Placement Opportunities (100 %):

• Being in IT field since last 8 Years, iTek has already connected with some good organization
• After 5 months of Training, iTek will send all the candidates to the number of companies related to their job profile.
• Candidate has to use iTek Company as a reference in their resume while giving their interviews and further on.
• There will be one month period for giving an interview to different companies and even after that candidate is not able to crack the interview in any of given companies , iTek will hire that candidate on his payroll and the candidate will be working as an iTek in house employee .

Charges of Training & Placement:

• Total training period will be 5 months
• 45000 (INR) will be the training fee
• Candidates can pay the amount in 3 Installments.
• 10,000 would be the advance amount for joining iTek placement & Training academy.
